This patient had a previous breast augmentation with lift by a different doctor. She presented with a desire to have a nice, slightly fuller breast shape. I transitioned her implants to under the muscle, used Galaflex mesh to support the lower breast, and a did a breast lift. She is seen 3 months after surgery. She really couldn't look better. Her result is very natural and much improved from her before pictures. Of note, she has a very prominent left lower rib cage which is not possible to change, but the fuller implants help disguise that issue.
