This patient had previous breast augmentation with a breast lift by a different surgeon many years ago. She also lost weight and had loose skin of her abdomen. She was interested in improving her body and breast shape. I performed a tummy tuck, scar revision left chest, bilateral breast implant exchange with placement of mesh and a breast lift.
