This patient wanted to rejuvenate her breast shape. I performed a bilateral anchor mastopexy with breast augmentation. I used a 255 Moderate Classic silicone implant. She is seen 3 months after surgery. She looks awesome and is very happy with her improvement. Her scars will continue to fade with time. She has some bra marks on her right breast from a tight bra, those are not surgical scars.
