This patient was interested in facial rejuvenation. She had lost a significant amount of weight. I performed a face and neck lift with a brow lift. I injected fat into the face to improve overall volume. I also performed a rhinoplasty at the same time. She looks very natural and is very happy with her new, more youthful appearance.
