This patient was not happy with the aging changes to her face and neck and was interested in rejuvenating these areas. Her goal was to look natural. I performed a lower face and neck lift with fat grafting to the cheeks, temples and lips. She is 3 months after surgery. She looks fantastic and very natural. No one would suspect she had surgery and that is always the goal.
