This near octogenarian wanted her appearance to match her more youthful personality. I performed a lower face and neck with laser resurfacing of her wrinkles around the mouth. She is seen 3 months after surgery and is very pleased with her natural improvement. Age is not a contraindication for surgery. The overall health of the individual is the most important determinant if someone can safely undergo a procedure.
