This thin patient had a previous abdominoplasty elsewhere but was looking for additional improvement. In thin patients liposuction is possible but has to be done with smaller instruments to avoid skin and contour irregularities. I performed liposuction of her abdominal wall. She also had an upper back lift with fat transfer to the lateral buttocks. Her shape looks great and she really had a nice improvement and feels great as a result.
