Dr. Wirtz performed circumferential liposuction for this patient. Also known as 360 Liposuction, this technique removes fat selectively to contour the torso. Abdominal liposuction helps to thin the front of the abdomen, and liposuction of the back may improve the appearance of skin folds as well as sculpt the buttocks. This patient did not have fat transfer, her shape is a result of fat removal only.
